What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 5000pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for your trial order if we have ready goods in stock.
Can I get samples?
Sure, we can send you 2-3pcs of each item for free if the sample is available in our stock.
How long is the production lead time?
Normally the delivery time is about 30-45 days. If we have stock, we can ship within 3 days once the order is confirmed.
Is it ok if I want my own design?
Yes, we have a strong designer team that can design based on your requirements, including opening new moulds for samples.
How many colors are available?
We match colors with the Pantone Matching System. You can provide the pantone color code, and we will match it accordingly.
What is your payment term?
Our normal term is T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L). Other terms like D/P or L/C at sight are also acceptable.
