Q3. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 100 pcs for each SKU. However, there is no MOQ for items we have in stock. Trial orders for mixing different items are also welcome.
Q4. What are the trade and payment terms?
We accept FOB terms. Payment is generally 30% by TT as a deposit, with the remaining 70% balance due against the copy of the bill of lading.
Q5. How can I obtain a sample?
Sample orders are acceptable. Please contact us to specify which sample you require, noting that sample costs will be covered by the customer.
Q6. Can you produce toilets in custom colors?
Yes, we can manufacture colored toilets, bidets, and basins according to specific customer requirements.
