Product Overview
Advanced rectifiers bring cutting-edge technology to the DC power industry. Innovative engineering combines efficiency and reliability to meet the power requirements for a variety of system applications. This rectifier is specifically designed to recharge all types of stationary batteries for large utility, petrochemical, and industrial uses.
The fan-cooled rectifier module features high density, providing maximum power in a minimal footprint. A compact shelf accommodates four rectifiers per 19in 2U shelf and can be paralleled up to 5*2U 19in shelf configurations.
Configuration and monitoring are streamlined via the System Controller. Utilizing TCP/IP technology, complete management of power equipment is accessible through standard browser interfaces. We offer turnkey solutions for outside plant, telecommunications, industrial, and renewable energy applications.
Applications
★Vehicle and shipboard: Railway stations, transport gear.
★Industrial: Solar, wind power, gas discharge lamps.
★Office: Computers, printers, scanners, copiers.
★Household: Kitchen appliances, fans, lighting.
Advanced Conversion Technology
The converter modules utilize High Frequency (20 KHz and above) Switch Mode techniques. Resettable fuses protect modules against control or sensing circuit failures. The design incorporates suitable time delay and hysteresis to prevent hunting during system power cycles (disconnect at 150V, reconnect at 170V AC).
DC Output & Battery Charging
Modules operate in "Auto Float cum-Boost charger" mode. Float voltages are adjustable (2.0 - 2.3V/cell for float, 2.2 - 2.5V/cell for boost) to support VRLA and conventional batteries. The system maintains DC output voltage within ± 1% from 25% to full load.
Soft Start & Parallel Operation
Slow start circuitry ensures voltage reaches nominal values within 10-20 seconds, eliminating surges. Modules support active load sharing within ± 10% of individual capacity when operated in parallel.
